Returns and Refunds
We appreciate that purchasing online can be difficult, especially when you cannot physically inspect a product. If you wish to return purchased goods, we will gladly refund or exchange them within 28 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in fully resalable condition.
If the returned product is not in resalable condition or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price.
If you need to return any goods, please contact our customer service team to obtain a "Return Materials Authorization (RMA)." The goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
For large products (over 40Kg), we may charge up to ÂŁ80 for collection costs and handling fees if the items are returned unwanted.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before the goods are dispatched. For non-perishable items, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Please note that for items with hygiene or security seals, returns will only be accepted if the seals are not tampered with.

We may offer special promotions at our discretion. If a special offer applies to your purchase, the terms of that offer shall be subject to these terms and conditions. We may change or withdraw offers at any time.
Complaints Procedure
We strive to resolve complaints efficiently. If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service team via email or post. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve them as quickly as possible.
Suspension of Accounts
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account if we suspect fraud, breach of terms, or an outstanding payment. If your account is suspended, you must contact customer support to resolve any issues.
Payment Methods
Orders can be paid using VISA, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Electron, American Express, and Bank Transfer. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we are unable to process payment.
Out-of-Stock Items
If any item is out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Warranties
All products purchased through Luminous Nutrition are covered by a minimum one-year parts and labour warranty, unless stated otherwise. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific warranty details.

We do not guarantee that our website will always be available or error-free. Maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary disruptions.
Delivery
We strive to dispatch goods promptly. Delivery time frames vary based on location. We will inform you of any changes to your delivery time within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you are unavailable for delivery, redelivery charges may apply.
Signing for Goods
Please inspect goods for damage before signing for them. If you notice damage, please mark your delivery note accordingly. If goods are visibly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
