If you placed your order after 3pm, or out of office hours, (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm) your order will not be processed until the next working day. This includes ‘Next day delivery’.
Choosing the ‘Next day delivery’ option will mean your order is delivered the Next Working Day, (Monday - Friday), providing the order is placed before the 3pm cut-off. Selecting ‘Next day delivery’ on a friday will result in a Monday delivery. If you would like to receive your order on a Saturday, please choose our ‘Saturday Delivery’ Option.

I am not happy with the product I ordered.
We understand that taste preferences can vary, and while it’s not something we can control, we truly value your satisfaction. If you're not happy with the taste of your product, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
If the condition of your product seems off such as a powdered supplement with lumps please check if this is a characteristic of the product. Some supplements contain ingredients that can affect the texture.
If the packaging appears damaged, kindly confirm that your item was not part of our discounted 'damaged product' range.
If your product is genuinely unsatisfactory, we are happy to offer a replacement or provide a refund upon receipt of the returned item.
Why did my order not go through?
Your order may have failed due to payment issues. Please check your method of payment to confirm a payment has been made. If no payment has been made, and you have not been charged, the order will not have gone through. Orders can fail for numerous reasons, including: Incorrect weight for overseas shipping, in-sufficient funds, closing the internet browser before payment is complete.
Why have I not received order confirmation?
If you have not received a confirmation email, it is likely that either the order has not gone through, or the email address is incorrect. If the order has not gone through, this could be due to payment issues, please check your method of payment to ensure a payment has been made. Please also check your account’s order history, to confirm the order has been placed. If the email is incorrect, the order will be processed as usual.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
I put the wrong delivery address, what do I do?
As soon as you are aware of a mistake in your delivery address, please let us know. The sooner we are aware of an issue of this nature, the faster we can get your order on track.
If your order has already been processed, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend the details.
If your order is already out for delivery to the incorrect address, we will need to wait for the order to return, before we can resend it to the correct address.
